Go to My Contact Details
This is where you can manage your contact information and preferences:
- At the top of the page is your Name and Division (i.e. the highest organisational level) which can only be changed by send a email to amanda.monteiro@canterbury.ac.uk.
- Underneath you can select the correct Department within the Division using the drop down menu; whilst Team is an optional field.
- To change the Location, click on the link next to the current location and select the new location from the drop down list. [also see Managing Locations]
- Job Title and Contact Number fields can be updated as you need.
Email Preferences
By default the system will generate a number of email alerts at specific points in the process that need your attention; you can override these from here:
- every time a worker applies for an opportunity
- every time a timesheet is submitted
- a week before an assignment ends
Invoice Details
This shows who your invoices are sent to. It could be yourself, a departmental administrator or a central accounts team.
- NB Invoice Contact can only be changed via email to amanda.monteiro@canterbury.ac.uk.
