Here are listed the Jobs Ads you have posted, and the various colours mean:

Red jobs that have expired

Green jobs that have been filled

Current jobs are not highlighted
“Search” box, allows you to look for jobs that you have posted by the reference or job title.
“Status” drop down menu, allows you to look for current jobs, expired, filled, all and deleted by clicking on search once you have selected the job status.
“Post New Job” by clicking on this button, you can use your personal job template if you have created jobs, you can select a standard template or create a job by clicking on the “Create New Job” button. This will direct you to the job form.
Complete the form. The job reference is purely for your own records and can be anything you wish. You will need to complete all the boxes in order for the advert to be published to the site.
Please note that when completing the pay rate field, you do not need to enter a number for “Charge rate per hour” or Charge rate per week”, this will be calculated for you automatically depending on what hourly pay rate you enter. Please ensure that the purchase order is noted if you need assistance with this coding, contact CCCU Bought Ledger Supervisor.
Once you have completed all the boxes including Job description, experience / skilled required, qualifications and health & safety issues. Then you click on the blue button at the bottom of your screen called “Post Ad Now” or “Save to template and post later” if you do not wish to post the job straight away. If you press “Post Ad Now” this will post your job advert directly to the live job board straight away.
Manage Jobs Ads table / Managing Applications
You will see a table with the job reference, job title,type ( e.g temporary ), pay, start date and hours. In the status section you will see icons,but if you put your mouse cursor on each icon you will see what the symbols mean. For example, workers required, accepted, offered, shortlisted, not selected, pending, applications and viewers.
Under each icon displayed is the number of candidate responses, by clicking on the number of applicants under each icon this will take you into another page, which shows you all the applicants under that status from where you can individually view and respond to.
Firstly the coloured boxes,
Green = compliant, the workers documents have been verified and they are able to work.
Red = non compliant, the worker has created a profile but not completed the document check, they can apply for job but documents must be checked prior to starting work.
White = working, the worker in this instance is fully compliant but already has a active assignment via DirectTemping.
By hovering your mouse over this coloured boxes this gives you a pop up of the worker information, including Full Name, photo, pay rate, student, job preference, Employment History etc
Updating Application Status to Not selected and shortlisted:
If you click on “View Response & profile”under action, you can change the status using the drop down menu and then press update, on this page you can print the application & profile, view the profile and create interview notes. If you click on View profile, you can add notes and send a message to the candidate. The last action title on the table, you have an option of viewing candidates applications and decide whether to withdraw offer or offer assignment.
Offer assignment:
Clicking on offer assignment, this brings you into the offer assignment page, where you can send additional notes to the worker or write internal notes and lastly at the bottom of the page. If you have not used a cost code and subjective code creating the job ad, please enter this information on the form before you press“Send offer to worker”.
Communicating with the applicants:
Please note once you click on the number of responses under each icon, you can send messages to every candidate under each status by clicking on “Send message to All the above Workers”
Withdraw offer:
By pressing withdraw, you must enter a reason.
